Manufacturer shipped drive with a second USB2 cable in place of a required FW400 cable. I noticed the shipping error later than 48 hours from receiving the product. Customer service would not make the necessary cable exchange because of my late reporting. It claimed that the lack of the FW400 cable was most likely due to my losing the correct cable included in the box, rather than being the result of a factory shipping error. It flatly refused my shipping back the extra USB2 cable in exchange for the FW400.
These people rather lose a customer than correct an error on their part involving just a few dollar. I will never do business with them again! Avoid at all cost!
